RIP NNDon’s MacBook Pro ’06
My brother gave me this a couple of years ago and as much as I say I dislike Apple… What with me actually writing and posting this article on my iPhone 4… Haha it has served me incredibly well and Garage Band is the shit for a gritty musician like moi.
It started to smoke from within and it appears one of the chips just fried off as far as I can tell without taking out the mobo to see further damage, if any. Regardless, it’s finished and not worth a fix.
Guess it’s time to finally upgrade… Watch me 😉
